We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, do hereby reclaim our democracy from the elites who have stolen it.
I. The Failure of Representation
It has become unbelievably apparent over these last couple years that the very system America was built on — rule by the people — has been abandoned by the very politicians we trust to carry the wants of the people. They have stepped away from the interest of the people. While we are a representative democracy, a republic, direct democracy for large nations has been virtually impossible. So representatives are to carry the spirit of direct democracy in order to secure rule by the people, and have a system of government that is physically possible.
But today it has become incredibly apparent to the majority of the American people that representative democracy has failed to carry the spirit of rule of the people in modern society. It has become apparent that the people don't control their own destiny in this country anymore.
II. The Surveillance State
With developments like the Epstein files, and government mandated mass AI surveillance, it's clear what the message is: "We are the ones in power, and you will do as we say." They have revealed that a large group of tech overlords, politicians, and powerful people in general are really the ones who control the country you live in.
A majority of major internet companies have integrated mass AI spyware into their products. You have to either face verify or ID verify to use their product to the fullest extent — Discord, YouTube, and many more. It has gotten to the point where there are laws being pushed in California that want to make it so you can't even boot up your own PC without being forced to verify. Imagine walking into a public park just to see a security guard standing there and forcing you to give an ID just to walk in. And when you walk in he follows you around the whole time and tells you what you can and can't do.
The internet is the biggest source of free information in the world. Unlike force-fed political news stations like Fox News and CNN that are controlled by whatever political agenda they want to push, the internet provides a place for non-politically motivated info. Why is this a threat, and why is every western nation pushing for its elimination? Because political parties are a system the ones in power use to get attention away from who's really to blame.
III. The Illusion of Parties
Instead of seeing clearly who is responsible for a decision that the people are against, the elites use political parties to divide and conquer. They want us to blame each other instead of blaming the ones who are really the issue. Political parties are flawed because when you vote for one, you don't vote for one value you really support — you vote for a package of a lot of different values, some you may like, others you don't.
Let's say I'm against abortion but I support taxing the rich. If I want abortion to be illegal, I have to vote for a political side that is against my other values. This causes a team-like factor in politics. Instead of shaping your political views on what you believe is moral and what is the best way forward, you are born on a team and expected to stick with that team all the way. When you choose a team, you promise to support everything the team's agenda pushes, or else you are considered an enemy.
This makes people base their views on what their team says they support, not what they truly believe. You are given values and are not supposed to exhibit values not covered by a team. This causes there to be two major teams that hate whatever the other team does — even when it aligns with their values — simply because red or blue did it. The division is done in the most basic and obvious way ever: red vs. blue. George Washington himself was against these parties and said they were a threat to our nation and would ruin democracy.
IV. Laws Against the People
This allows an authoritarian ruler or group of rulers to decide what happens in our nation. They control the political parties we follow and they use our division to get away with it. The people in congress have begun to pass laws that have completely gone against the people's will. Some of these laws were unanimously voted on:

A 50-year-old grandmother was arrested and put in jail for 4 months before she was proven innocent — the AI flagged her and there was almost no investigation before she was arrested. She lost her house, car, and dog because of the AI's mistake, which shows how corrupt law enforcement is and how bad reliance on AI can be. Source

In general, America is heading for an authoritarian government where rule by the people is a thing of the past. All of this has caused mass outrage, but that hasn't stopped any of it. This shows a loss in rule of the people because the ones who make these laws go against the will of the people.
V. The Solution: Vote.USA
A new system of democracy must be introduced: Vote.usa. The idea, simplified, is the use of technology to make rule by the people possible again. Millions upon millions of people can be on a website at one time, and that's what this idea is based on. We want to make the decisions we make as a government based on the will of the people. We want to put the keys back into the citizens' hands.
In this new system, every citizen who is eligible to vote will be given an app on their phone called Vote.usa. On this app they will vote for individual issues, not political packages. They will vote on polls for what our country does. Should laws be different in different states? We vote. Should abortion or gun control be legal? We vote. What laws do we want for this nation? We vote. The people will directly make the decisions for this country. We will revive rule by the people — we the people of the United States. This will place the destiny of our nation in the hands of the people.
Polls will be massive. When you click on a poll via app or website, you are presented with a video that will fill you in on a lot of what both sides of the issue believe, what arguments they both have, and this video will not be swayed toward one side. Then you will be encouraged to do more research before you vote.
VI. An Educated Electorate
Socrates once said democracy was flawed because of the lack of education in voters. At the time this was especially true, but today it's not the case. Education levels in the modern world are far more advanced, and this new system of government could make them even better. This could lead to an educated population voting on what happens in our country. We will take polls on major issues and we will take suggestions for polls as well. These polls will determine directly what happens in the nation.
VII. Two Branches of Government
There will be two major branches of government: the ones who make the laws — the people — and the ones who enforce the laws — government officials, police, the president — all dedicated to enforcing whatever the people voted on.
The people will vote for what we call hard blocks: irreversible, constitutional, unchangeable laws that will keep the country from collapsing. For example, enough taxes to run the country must be drawn, but you can vote how that's done. Basic things like not voting for free money. And people can't vote for the military's plans on how to accomplish a task — they can only vote for what the military does, not how it's accomplished. These hard blocks will establish basic government needs in order to run a nation.
Under this new system, no political party will be established. People are to vote for individual ideas, not a package of ideas. Sure, non-government official parties may be established, but in the end voting is based on individual ideas. This will destroy political division and encourage free thinking to reign supreme.
VIII. Full Transparency
We will have full transparency and will be honest with everything we do. Epstein files will be released in full, except for victims. All things our government hides from us will be brought to light. We will be transparent in everything we do and base all our actions on what is moral and just. If we are doing things in the dark the people can't know about, we shouldn't be doing it.
All in all, this will put the keys back into the people's pockets, destroy elite control and political division, and will make America what it was always supposed to be: we the people. When people vote for the well-being of citizens instead of the well-being of a group of greedy people, we will see a golden era Rome could never match.
